Umvoti Municipality Logo

The Umvoti Municipality Logo is the property of Umvoti Municipality and are protected under intellectual property law.The logo has been designed and designated to identify Umvoti Municipality business, including but not limited to Municipal facilities, events and publications whether electronic or otherwise.

It is unlawful for any person, for any purpose whatsoever, to use, make, copy, reproduce or display the logo or their design or any design so closely resembling them as to be likely to deceive or to be reasonably mistaken for them, without the express written consent of the Municipal Manager.

Any unauthorized use of these logo is illegal, resulting in the  Municipal Manager to take any legal action necessary to enforce its intellectual property rights including the institution of legal criminal prosecution.
